本规则被视为《JUZI汉语会员服务协议》的补充协议，是其不可分割的组成部分，与其构成统一整体。如本规则与《JUZI汉语会员服务协议》存在冲突的，以本规则为准。
您点击订阅、开通及使用JUZI汉语会员自动续费服务（以下称“本自动续费服务”），则视为您同意本规则。
您理解并同意：
3.1 自动续约服务的自动扣款时间，可能会受到支付渠道的扣款规则影响，具体如下： 如您通过苹果公司 Apple ID 开通本自动续费服务，且在本协议约定的可取消自动续费的时间内未主动明确取消本自动续费服务的，则苹果公司将在每个订阅期到期日（以苹果订阅到期时间为准，具体可打开苹果iOS设备“设置” -->“Apple ID、iCloud、 媒体与购买项目” --> 点击“订阅” --> 选择JUZI汉语查看）当天从您开通本自动续费服务时绑定的 Apple ID 账户以下统称 “账户” ）余额中自动代扣下一个计费周期服务费，扣费成功的，将自动延长该计费周期对应的会员有效期。若因AppleID 账户问题（如信用卡过期、扣款渠道限额）等导致下一计费周期服务无法扣费，会自动进入苹果扣费重试期。苹果扣费重试期为订阅期到期后60天内，在扣费重试期内，苹果公司会每日进行扣费重试。
3.2 开通自动续费服务的，则视为您同意支付渠道可在不验证您的账户密码、支付密码、短信校验码等信息的情况下从您绑定的账户中扣划下一个计费周期的服务费。
3.3 您应关注上述账户及可扣款余额状况，如因账户问题或余额不足导致续费失败等风险及/或损失，由您自行承担。
3.4 您知悉并同意，您使用第三方支付渠道支付费用的，您还将受到该第三方服务条款、使用规则的约束。
如您通过苹果公司 Apple ID 开通本自动续费服务，则在每个订阅期到期日（以苹果订阅到期时间为准）前24小时可取消自动续费。

These rules are considered as a supplementary agreement to the JUZI Chinese Member Service Agreement and are an integral part of it, forming a unified whole. In case of any conflict between these rules and the JUZI Chinese Member Service Agreement, these rules shall prevail.
By clicking on subscribe, activate, and use the JUZI Chinese language membership automatic renewal service (hereinafter referred to as "this automatic renewal service"), it is deemed that you agree to these rules.
You understand and agree that:
3.1 The automatic deduction time for automatic renewal services may be affected by the deduction rules of the payment channel, as follows: If you subscribe to this automatic renewal service through your Apple ID and do not actively and explicitly cancel this automatic renewal service within the time limit specified in this agreement, Apple will automatically deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from the balance of the Apple ID account bound to you when you subscribed to this automatic renewal service on the expiration date of each subscription period (based on the expiration time of the Apple subscription, specifically by opening "Settings" ->"Apple ID, iCloud, Media and Purchasing Items" ->clicking "Subscription" ->selecting JUZI Chinese). If the deduction is successful, the membership validity period corresponding to that billing cycle will be automatically extended. If the service cannot be charged in the next billing cycle due to Apple ID account issues (such as credit card expiration, deduction channel limit), it will automatically enter the Apple billing retry period. The Apple billing retry period is within 60 days after the subscription period expires. During the billing retry period, Apple will conduct daily billing retries.
3.2 If you activate the automatic renewal service, it will be deemed that you agree that the payment channel can deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from your bound account without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code, and other information.
3.3 You should pay attention to the above account and its deductible balance. If there are risks and/or losses such as renewal failure due to account problems or insufficient balance, you shall assume the responsibility by yourself.
3.4 You acknowledge and agree that if you use a third-party payment channel to pay fees, you will also be bound by the third-party service terms and usage rules.
If you activate this automatic renewal service through your Apple ID, you can cancel the automatic renewal 24 hours before the expiration date of each subscription period (based on the Apple subscription expiration time).
